Right of withdrawal
This is an English translation of the Italian original, provided for your convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails. The seller is established in Italy and these terms are governed by Italian law.
If you purchased as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without penalty. This is your right under arts. 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code.
How to exercise it
- Email info@belladoggy.com within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and the product.
- We reply with return instructions.
- Send the product back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
Return costs
Return shipping is at our expense: we provide the instructions for the return shipment.
Condition of the product
The product must be returned intact and complete. You may have opened and tried it to check its nature and functioning, as you would in a physical shop. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that check.
Refund
We refund the full amount paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or proof that it has been sent. The refund is issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

You may use this form, but it is not mandatory: a clear email is enough.
