How long does shipping take?
Every shipment is tracked: as soon as the parcel leaves you receive the tracking code by email with a link to follow it step by step.

Can I return the product if it is not right?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Code, with no reason required. Write to us and we send you the return instructions.
The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
How do I clean the bowl?
The maze rinses under running water in seconds. For a full clean it is dishwasher safe on the top rack. Avoid abrasive sponges on the inner ridges: they are unnecessary and dull the surface over time.
Is it suitable for cats too?
Yes. Cats that eat fast and regurgitate get the same benefit as dogs. For cats the low-profile maze version is recommended, easier to reach with the muzzle.
My dog is large: is this the right size?
Choose the size based on the usual portion, not the dog's weight. If your dog eats more than 300 g of kibble per meal, go for the large size so the food does not spill over the ridges.
