Important: the times shown must match the supplier's real times. Stating shorter times than the actual ones is an unfair commercial practice, as well as the leading cause of refund requests.

Tracking

Every shipment is tracked. As soon as the parcel leaves, you receive the tracking code by email with a link to follow it.

Orders with more than one item

If you order several items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days. This is normal and involves no extra cost for you. The same applies to the Healthy Routine Kit, which contains two separate products.

Parcel not delivered or lost

If tracking stops moving or the parcel does not arrive within the expected time, email info@belladoggy.com: we open the investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, we reship or refund.
