Returns and refunds
This is an English translation of the Italian original, provided for your convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails. The seller is established in Italy and these terms are governed by Italian law.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is wrong, we sort it out.
Returns within 14 days
You have 14 days from delivery to return the product without explaining why. The full procedure is on the Right of withdrawal page. Return shipping is at our expense.
Faulty or damaged product
If the product arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, email info@belladoggy.com within a few days of delivery with a photo. We arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Legal guarantee of conformity
All products carry the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under arts. 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code. In case of a lack of conformity you are entitled to have the goods brought into conformity or, where applicable, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
Refund times
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. Crediting times then depend on the payment network: typically 3 to 10 working days for credit cards, faster with PayPal.
Wrong order or wrong address
If you spot a mistake, write to us immediately: if the order has not shipped yet we can correct or cancel it at no cost.
