Terms and conditions of sale
This is an English translation of the Italian original, provided for your convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails. The seller is established in Italy and these terms are governed by Italian law.
These general conditions govern the sale of products on belladoggy.com. By placing an order you declare that you have read and accepted them.
1. The seller

2. Products and availability
Product images are indicative: colours and details may differ slightly depending on your screen. Stated availability is up to date but not guaranteed in real time: if a product turns out to be unavailable after your order, we notify you and issue a full refund.
3. Prices
All prices are in euro and include VAT. Any shipping costs are shown separately before the order is completed. We may change prices at any time: the price displayed at the time of the order applies.
4. Conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation email. Before that moment we may decline the order, with a full refund, in case of unavailability or an obvious pricing error.
5. Payments
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments and PayPal. Payment data is handled directly by the payment networks over an encrypted connection: it does not pass through nor is it stored on our systems.
6. Delivery
Times, costs and methods are described on the Shipping and delivery page. Risk of loss passes to you upon physical delivery.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to withdraw without giving reasons. Full procedure on the Right of withdrawal page.
8. Legal guarantee
All products carry the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code. Details on the Returns and refunds page.
9. Use of the products
The products sold are accessories for feeding domestic animals. They are not medical devices and do not replace veterinary advice. Supervise your animal during the first uses and stop using the product if it becomes damaged.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
The contract is governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction, where located in Italy. The European ODR platform is also available: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
